Energy Efficiency/Peak Demand Reduction (EE/PDR) Action Plan and Market Potential Assessment, AEP Ohio
In 2008, Ohio passed comprehensive energy legislation creating an energy efficiency portfolio standard that included financial penalties for failing to achieve efficiency and demand savings goals. The law directs Ohio electric utilities to implement energy efficiency programs to achieve cumulative energy savings of 22.2% as a percent of sales by the end of 2025. Read more
